Kurt founded Empower Global to fulfill his lifelong passion to serve the destitute poor in the developing world. He is a former Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) where he served as a partner for over 20 years.
Kurt has a degree in business - B Comm (honors), a Chartered Professional Accountant designation and is a member of the

He and his wife Margaret have three daughters and eight grandchildren.

Joanna provides leadership for all in office functions including donor communications and support. She also leads the B the Hope for Haiti program in Ouanaminthe, Haiti.
